What's On My Disney Wishlist This Fall
In less than one month I’ll be back at the Happiest Place on Earth surrounded by some of my dearest friends to celebrate my 30th birthday and I couldn’t be more excited!! 🎉🥳💫💖 It feels like a dream, a wonderful dream come true! Freddy and I have been going on annual Disneyland trips together since 2012, usually in the fall, but obviously last year that didn’t happen due to the park being closed. I remember feeling so sad this time last year because we would normally be prepping for our next trip and I was wondering when the park would finally be reopened. It also made me sad thinking about all of the cast members who were out of work during that time. Thankfully, the magic is back and I’m so ecstatic knowing that in just a few weeks we’ll be back too!
During the month leading up to our annual trip, I start thinking about what Disney inspired outfits I’m going to wear by doing some research (and online shopping of course 😉) to prep. My #disneystyle is all about classic comfort. I love wearing my favorite pair of jeans with a Disney Spirit Jersey or a Disneyland logo tee and some comfy sneakers. Some people are really into Disney Bounding, which is where you put together an outfit that resembles that of a character (I.e. a red tee with yellow pants to resemble Pooh!). I’ve only Disney Bounded once before, when I dressed up as Rey to celebrate our first visit to the new Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. It was so fun and I’m so glad I did it, but it’s personally just not my thing. I’m all about repping my favorite characters through a t-shirt or an accessory, like the Loungefly backpacks that I’m obsessed with!
As you can imagine, I’ve been scouring the shopDisney site getting inspiration for what I’ll wear during our trip next month, and during the process I’ve been adding so many fun things to my wishlist that I wanted to share with you! I’m not super into Halloween, but I honestly can’t resist anything with adorable an Mickey shaped pumpkin! Which is why I couldn’t resist getting this amazing Halloween inspired Loungefly backpack! It just arrived today & I’ll be sharing an unboxing reel on Instagram later, so stay tuned! (PS it’s unfortunately sold out already 😢 but I’m sure they will do a restock soon!)
