Nordstrom x Vici Collab Fitted Dress
Hi friends! 👋🏻 How was your weekend?! My highlight (no pun intended 😏) was hands-down getting my hair cut and a fresh balayage on Saturday 💇🏻♀️ The last appointment I had was in August and my ends were in desperate need of a trim! My hair feels so much healthier and bouncier now which makes me so happy 🥰 We took these pictures a couple of weeks ago (notice my longer hair) but I had to share this amazing dress with you guys! You might recognize it from the spring try-on party I did on my Instagram Stories a couple of weekends ago - this could quite possibly be my new all-time favorite dress that I own! 😍
Vici is a brand that I became familiar with in the last year through Instagram and all the bloggers that wear their clothing. I would browse their website occasionally but I never pulled the trigger quick enough because it seemed like all the pieces I loved were sold out in my size…this dress being an example of that. I remember seeing it months ago and fell in love with it, but they didn’t have my size at the time and I was so bummed! When I learned that Vici and Nordstrom were partnering up to do a collaboration I was crossing my fingers that this dress might be included….and I got SO LUCKY! ✨ I set my alarm on launch day and kept reloading Nordstrom.com until I saw the collection appear and I added this dress to my cart so fast ⚡️ I also ordered another Vici dress which I can’t wait to show you very soon!
There are so many things I love about this dress, but let’s start with the silhouette. It’s so fitted and sleek which makes it timeless - you won’t have to worry about it going out of style! I also love the slit giving it that sexy vibe while still being classy. The fabric is a fairly thick knit, almost like a chunky sweater, so it really holds you in. It sort of feels like Spanx are built into the dress!. I also love the neutral color and the overall versatility of this dress! I chose to style it casually with a denim jacket and wrap-up sandals, but you could easily wear this to the office (when we’re back in office) with a blazer and some flats. It’s also a great date night dress all on it’s own! Just add heels and a bold lip and you’re ready to go 💃🏻 I’m so glad I ordered this dress because it’s a fantastic wardrobe staple that I know I’ll wear for years to come!
