And just like that…it’s December!! I’m so excited for the holiday season and all that it brings, but as you can see I’m still here having a fall moment. It’s finally starting to cool down in Phoenix…sort of. I can now wear maxi dresses instead of short dresses 😉 I bought this dress right at the beginning of quarantine earlier this year (blog post here) and completely fell in love with the color and the tiered skirt. However, I didn’t even wear it more than once because #WFH 👩🏻‍💻 I will say that’s the one downside to working from home - I do miss “dressing up” or truthfully just wearing anything other than my daytime pajamas. Needless to say I’ve been itching to have another opportunity to wear this gorgeous dress and I’m so glad it works so well for fall too! I feel like this dress was just meant to be worn with a hat and boots (which are 50% off!).

As I’ve mentioned before in past blog posts, I’ve really been getting back in touch with the #bohovibes that I was obsessed with in college. My line dancing days helped influence my style during that season in my life and this twirly dress really makes me want to put my real cowgirl boots on and do the “Fake ID” dance. What’s so great about fashion though is that it evolves and changes right along with you. There’s no right or wrong. It’s simply about what makes you feel confident and joyful and like your true self. I recently saw a post on Instagram that said “Do what makes you happy, the days aren’t coming back” and wow, it’s so true! BRB, just going to go jam out to Live Your Life and live this life like it’s the only one I’ve got ☺️
